Welcome to the CV Submission screen. Please fill out the information below and attach your CV in either Adobe or Word format. This is a one-time service offered by the Faculty Activity Management Services Team in the Libraries’ Strategic Technology department of the University Libraries.
This Service is ONLY for Faculty with the rank of Associate (Associate Librarian, Associate Professor, Associate Clinical Professor, Associate Research Professor, Associate Teaching Professor, or Senior Research Associate) seeking a promotion to the next rank. This service is designed for faculty who have not yet utilized Activity Insight to enter all of their data. Please do not send us CVs that have been generated using Activity Insight, as this means the data is already in the system.
HOW TO ATTACH YOUR FILE: To upload your file, click on the box that will say “Choose File” or “Browse” (*it seems to be different wording in different browsers). The Folder Explorer window will pop up; this is where you select your file. At the bottom of the window, you will see “File name:” on the right side. There, you may need to change the file type to All Files (*.*). Once you do that, you can select your file and click on Open. Once that window is closed, your file is now attached, and you will see the name of your document. You can now click on SUBMIT. If, for any reason, we are unable to obtain the file, we will contact you.
