The Activity Insight Management Team imports data into Activity Insight (AI). This data comes from different Penn State systems. Below you will find the screen the data is populated to and where that information comes from. For detailed look click on the link for that screen.
List of Credit Courses Taught – a report is generated out of iTwo, we run it through our application to clean it and then we import to AI the week after commencement.
Contracts, Grants, Fellowships, and Sponsored Research – a report is populated out of SIMS, we download this report then run it through our application to clean up and reformat the data, then we import it the Second Monday of every Month.
