Besides the management team, there are two additional avenues of support for Activity Insight users. The Oversight Committee* is staffed by the management team and representatives from most of the units currently using the system. The committee meets several times a year to discuss system issues. The AI Stakeholders Group is an open membership group for users with administrative access in the system. Most communication with this group takes place on its email listserv.
