Some fields on the Yearly Data screen are locked, however, if you click on the Academic Year you can still modify and save information on this screen. You cannot add, delete, or duplicate a record on the Yearly Data screen, if you need an Academic Year added contact the AI Support team (ai-support@psu.edu).
To add a Sabbatical go to the Yearly Data screen.
On the Summary Screen click on the Academic Year you need to add your sabbatical to.
Scroll down to the middle of the page and then fill out the following boxes:
On Leave?
Start Date of Leave (Month, Day, Year)
End Date of Leave (Month, Day, Year)
Results of Sabbaticals: Publications, Reports, etc.
Be sure to click on SAVE when you are done!
