Warning: Some clients have found that Apple Safari does not correctly open links to stored files when you select these links from a report that you have opened in Word for Mac. If this problem occurs, we recommend you copy and paste the link from the report into your browser. |
Browser Extensions and Plug-Ins
Activity Insight does not require any extensions or plug-ins to work correctly. However, in some cases, an extension or plug-in could interfere with the user interface. If you experience any issues while using Activity Insight, we recommend disabling all extensions and plug-ins and trying the action again. If the issue persists, let us know what you were trying to do, and we will review the error you received.
